Smart India Hackathon (SIH) is a nationwide initiative to provide students with a platform to solve some of the pressing problems we face in our daily lives, and thus inculcate a culture of product innovation and a mindset of problem-solving. The first five editions SIH2017, SIH2018, SIH2019 , SIH2020 and SIH2022 proved to be extremely successful in promoting innovation out-of-the-box thinking in young minds, especially engineering students from across India. The 6th edition of SIH is announced in 2023. It brings the next generation evolution by inclusion of new methodology to inculcate the culture of startup and innovation ecosystem. The first step to participate in SIH-2023 is to join Internal Hackathon 2023. 

Internal Hackathon is the first mandate to participate in the SIH. Top 30 teams teams from the Internal Hackathon get the chance to participate in SIH from the institute.

1. Select the problem statements from the sih.gov.in and follow guidelines of the same.

2. In this event only students of SATI can participate

3. Team Composition 

           a. One team should contains 06 students (01 Team Leader + 05 Members) and one/two mentors

           b. One female student is compulsory in the team 

           c. Team mentors can be the institute faculty or other industry expert who can guide you and share time during participation
